The orc cave is the home to mid level bosses including ourick the orc king, two master alchemist better known as malch the potion users, and three shamans the magic users. Darklow is a friendly npc who owns a shop. He teaches the dagger skill. He buys items for less then sholop and sells them for more then sholop making him an unfavored shop keeper. Orcs regularly patrol the area. Alchemists are positioned in defferent areas for example with malchs ouricks and in little cubby holes in walls. Three disciples hang around each shaman. This area leads back to the orc feild and the grand shaman area.
